Designed the core UX logic for ScamShield, including protection toggles, caller ID controls, spam filtering settings, and the full manage calls flow with allowed, blocked, and send-to-voicemail lists.
When T-Mobile migrated its entire platform into T-Life, this UX architecture came with it intact. It remains in use today serving over 10 million customers.

Designed the core UX logic and flows for ScamShield, T-Mobile's anti-scam protection product. That work survived a full platform migration into T-Life, T-Mobile's unified app, and remains in use today serving over 10 million customers.
Also designed multi-channel digital campaigns across T-Mobile's consumer platform, including product landing pages, fully built-out prototypes in Axure RP Pro, website graphics, affiliate banners, homepage placements, browse modules, device-targeted HTML emails, and seasonal campaigns like T-Mobile Tuesdays with Nike, Shell, and Fitbit.

This architecture survived T-Mobile's complete platform migration to T-Life.
Coded HTML emails with separate creative executions for iPhone, Android, and Galaxy users within the same campaign. Responsive builds personalized by handset, produced consistently across a high-volume send cadence.
