About this work
Defined requirements, designed every screen and experience, and built the front-end across the full AT&T business customer journey. The work spans a new customer onboarding portal with plan detail, accessories ecommerce, and upsell placements; a cart and checkout flow with business discount logic; order confirmation and post-purchase cross-sell; SMS onboarding for new activations; acquisition and Signature Program banners in multiple creative directions; and a device-targeted HTML email program with separate iOS and Android executions across four template types.
Traveled to Texas for on-site workshops to define requirements and align stakeholders across the engagement.
Contributions
Defined product and experience requirements directly, working with stakeholders on-site in Texas to align on scope and direction across every surface of the customer journey.
Designed the complete business customer experience including onboarding landing pages, plan detail layout, accessories ecommerce, cart, checkout, order confirmation, and Signature Program banners in multiple creative directions.
Developed the front-end across landing pages, ecommerce flows, and a full HTML email program. Coded device-targeted emails with separate executions for iOS and Android users within the same campaign system.
Designed and built a scalable HTML email system with separate creative executions targeting iOS and Android users, covering featured offers, flat offers, brand offers, and bundle promotions, all within a single campaign framework.
