
When I joined in 2016, Mouseflow had 67,000+ customers and no structured way to help enterprise clients act on the data the platform was generating. I built Website Consultation Services from the ground up, defined the engagement model, methodology, audit report format, and created the page to market and sell it.
I ran engagements end to end, owned all marketing operations, and designed product UX. Within eight months the service was closing Amazon and Reebok, and the audit report was being distributed externally as a Mouseflow sales tool.

About this work
Mouseflow is a behavior analytics platform with session replay, heatmaps, funnels, and form analytics. The product helps companies understand how users interact with their websites.
When I joined in April 2016, they had 67,000+ customers and no structured way to help enterprise clients act on the data the platform was generating.
I created Website Consultation Services from scratch, including the service definition, the methodology, a 38-page branded audit report, and the web page to market and sell it. The report became the primary client deliverable and Mouseflow distributed it externally as a sales tool. I executed the service for enterprise clients including Amazon and Reebok, conducting platform analysis, delivering sales presentations, closing engagements, and performing JavaScript debugging directly inside client platforms while sharing my screen with clients.
Alongside the consulting work, I owned all marketing operations including Google Display Network campaigns in English and German, social media strategy and execution, a guest blog program with 20+ contributors, original blog posts and feature announcements, multiple knowledge base articles, press releases, and all design work.

Mouseflow had no formal consulting offering when I joined. I identified the gap and created Website Consultation Services from scratch, including the engagement model, the methodology, the client report format, and the page to market and sell it. I ran engagements end to end for enterprise clients including Amazon and Reebok, conducting platform analysis, presenting findings, and closing deals. The service drove a 91% increase in direct sales revenue and Mouseflow adopted the report as an external sales tool.
I designed and wrote a 38-page branded audit report covering four categories: Usability, Technical, Marketing, and Informational. Every finding was grounded in real Mouseflow behavioral data including affected user counts, impact scores, annotated heatmaps, and session replay evidence. Recommendations were specific and actionable, with CSS fixes, field-level form drop-off data, and JavaScript error documentation linked to live recordings. Mouseflow distributed the report externally as a sales tool and we also used it to audit multiple client websites who signed up for this service.
I analyzed enterprise client platforms using Mouseflow's full tool suite, identifying UX, technical, and conversion issues. I performed JavaScript and RegEx debugging live inside client platforms via screenshare and presented findings directly to stakeholders. Clients include Amazon and Reebok. The Amazon engagement produced an unsolicited written recommendation from the client to Mouseflow leadership.
I designed the UX for Mouseflow's feedback survey widget including the interaction model and visual treatment across five enterprise brand environments: Amazon, Expedia, Jack Daniel's, Reebok, and Mouseflow.com. Each adapted to the host brand's visual system while maintaining a consistent interaction pattern across all states. The feature ships in Mouseflow's product today.
I owned Google AdWords strategy and produced all display creative across the full IAB standard size set, as well as multiple campaign concepts targeting new customer acquisition, lapsed user retargeting, and customer winback, each running in multiple size and copy variants for creative testing. Campaigns ran in English and German.
I wrote the social media strategy from scratch including measurable goals, a competitive audit framework, a guest blogger acquisition program, and a customer credit incentive system tied to specific engagement actions. I then ran the full program: managing accounts, recruiting and managing 20+ guest contributors, producing all creative, and delivering analytics reports for enterprise clients.
I wrote product feature announcements, original blog posts, and press releases. I edited and substantially rewrote 20+ guest blog submissions before publication. I authored multiple Help Center articles covering Installation and Setup, Form Analytics, Heatmaps, Integrations, Security and Privacy, and Payment and Billing. I also developed web page content, coding in HTML, XML, and CSS.
I owned all design and production in Adobe Creative Suite with source files maintained throughout. Work spans three Google Display Network campaign concepts across all IAB standard sizes in English and German, the 38-page Website Analysis Report, the consultation service web page including the chat interface mockup, feedback survey widget prototypes across five enterprise brand environments, and all social and promotional graphics.
