Independently created product requirements, design, and production code

This is the core member platform used by authenticated customers to manage billing, claims, policy details, ID cards, and documents. It replaced the company’s entire legacy members portal and serves as the primary interface for all member-facing interactions.

Designed and built in 2016, the platform remains in active use today and continues to support critical business operations across departments.

I served as the sole designer and front-end developer, partnering with backend engineers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into a scalable, production system.
